1. Order Cancellation

We start processing orders within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at service@dbackdrop.com within 6 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun or the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with manufacturing defects or damage caused during packaging or transit, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

To help us review the issue quickly, please provide:
Clear photos of the item(s) received.
A wider image showing the defect.
A photo of the shipping label on the package.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to ensure the fastest resolution.

3. Returns for Non-Defective Items

We accept returns of unused, undamaged, and unwashed items within 90 days of delivery.

For non-defective returns:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Incorrect Item Ordered by the Customer

If the wrong size, pattern, or item was ordered (not caused by our error), returns are still accepted under our non-defective return policy above.

You may choose:
To return the item at your own shipping expense. Please contact us for the return address.
To keep the item and pay 50% of the replacement cost plus shipping ($12–$20).
Store credit may also be offered.

5. Important Notes

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Product images shown on our website are for reference only; slight color variations may occur due to different screen displays.
